Peter Christie is the former Chairman of Minet, a major international brokerage firm, and after it was acquired by Aon, was appointed Vice Chairman of Aon worldwide. For the last few years Mr. Christie has been an advisor to a major industry mutual. In addition, Mr. Christie has served as an expert witness and provided general advisory services to a variety of clients. He is acknowledged internationally as a leading practitioner in the protection of professional firms, and an innovator in the use of captives and industry mutuals.

Mr. Friemann was President of the Financial Risk Management division of Reliance National, responsible for underwriting and developing financial, operation and alternative risk products. He was previously a senior executive at St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive of Minet’s North American Retail and Wholesale business and its Global Risk Consulting and Captive Management units. Mr. Friemann has extensive experience and expertise in the development of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisition and in product development for both brokers and underwriting entities. He has acted as an expert witness on issues relating to financial and operational risk and provides consulting services on a wide range of insurance and financial matters.
